Michael Witt teaches a limited group, dedicating his full energy, catering every lesson to students' needs. He has worked with a wide variety, ages 8 to 93, averaging 2,500 hours a year instructing. The student-instructor bond has proven to be a long term experience, lasting for years, but also encourages curious, spontaneous drop-ins. Instruction approach entails a balance of the students' preferences and enrichment in the areas of necessity; be it technique, practice routine, repertoire, theory, performance, accompaniment, dynamic, etc. He transcends growth between students, music and their families, building relationships that create a musical experience for a lifetime.
